Mega Engineering Pvt. Ltd. which started with a limited quantity of small sized fasteners, today produces a wide range of fasteners that caters to all the important fastening requirements of the core industries.

Today, Mega manufactures high tensile and stainless steel fasteners like Stud bolts, Hex & Square headed Bolts, T – Head Bolts, High Strength Friction-Grip Bolts, Structural Bolts, U – Bolts, J – Bolts, Tie – Rods, Foundation Bolts, Anchor bolts, Hanger Rods, Hex Nuts and any other precision and threaded components as per customers’ drawings and specifications.

Initially, Mega Engineering Pvt. Ltd. manufactured carbon steel and low alloy steel products. Over the years, the Mega competence and confidence that grew in leaps and bounds, provided an expertise in stainless steel, duplex stainless steel and also exotic material like Monel, Inconell and Hestalloy which are all categorized as super specialization grades and are being manufactured by an extremely restricted number of fastener manufacturers. The Mega chart of achievements does not stop here. On its incessant climb upwards, it encompasses the successful development of A 453 grade 660 class A and B plus numerous other products that are import substitutes of exotic material, for key customers.

Mega Sizes
Mega Engineering Pvt. Ltd. has the expertise to manufacture a wide variety of fasteners ranging from 3/8” to 6”. This range includes key products like Hanger rods manufactured for nuclear applications of size M100 x 5500mm long weighing 350 kgs each. This also includes threaded bars for plate type heat exchangers of M64 x 5700mm and weigh about 140 kgs. Specialised bolts of M80 x 2700mm have been manufactured and supplied for jetties.
